Pascal Tanguay worked for five years as the Communications Manager at the Asian Harm Reduction Network (AHRN) facilitating dissemination of lessons learned and important developments in the field of harm reduction across Asia. Later, he joined PSI Thailand as Program Director to oversee and guide implementation of the Global Fund Round 8 HIV prevention project targeting people who inject drugs. He is now a freelance consultant based in Bangkok, Thailand, and continues to provide technical support to implementing agencies, governments and multilateral organizations in the context of HIV and other health and social issues that impact on the lives of people who use and inject drugs.
